The melt-blown process is a one-step forming technology characterized by a short process flow and high efficiency. It can directly convert high polymers into fiber web materials with unique properties without the need for chemical binders. In addition to the widely used Polypropylene (PP) melt-blown materials, we also offer a range of high-performance specialty melt-blown products, including Polyester (PET), Polylactic Acid (PLA), Polyamide (PA), etc., to meet the demanding requirements of various high-end applications.

The numerous micro-pores and huge specific surface area formed by the microfibers enable them to efficiently intercept particulate matter, bacteria, and viruses in the air through mechanisms such as inertial impaction, diffusion deposition, and electrostatic attraction.
High Adsorption Performance and Oleophilicity: The extremely high specific surface area and abundant microporous structure endow melt-blown fabric with strong capillary adsorption capacity. Particularly, melt-blown fabric made from PP has natural oleophilicity and hydrophobicity, making it an ideal material for treating oil spills on water and adsorbing industrial oils. Its oil absorption ratio can reach as high as ten to twenty times its own weight.

Specialty materials like PET melt-blown can be used for high-temperature flue gas filtration, while PLA melt-blown is suitable for air purification products with high environmental requirements.
